The rooms are not clean. The buildings do not have AC so in the summer, this is a rough place to stay. They gave us the wrong room key and gave us access to someone else’s room with their luggage. When we got another room, it was so dirty. My feet were black from walking around the floor barefoot. The bottom doors should be locked with a key card but they just open. The only nice thing is that there is a lot of parking and it’s near a Walgreens and a gas station. You get less than what you pay for. At least they didn’t have bed bugs.

Very disappointed. Bags of garbage piled at the doors. A kitchenette but not a pot, knife or glass in sight and warning signs not to cook. Poorest continental breakfast I have ever seen.

Everyone on staff was Indian and very few spoke any English. My family had a had a mishap And had to use all the towels in the room, went to the office and was told that they didn’t have any towels. I was taking my belongings to my vehicle on checkout day and came back to do a walk around to make sure I had everything and Laundry staff was already in my room taking the sheets off my bed at 9 o’clock in the morning.

Bathroom not very clean. Could feel and see dirt/debris on floor. Hallways and stairwell floors quite dirty. Bedsheets clean. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly.

Cheap hotel but leaves a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast is very simple but fair for the price. The location is a bit strange and it doesn't seem very safe. I wouldn't stay there again.

Wouldn’t come back, mold on walls/baseboards, room was humid, tv didn’t work, hair in shower, floors dirty, sitting chair had a big stain on the seat, didn’t use it obviously. Only stayed because it was cheap lol

No breakfast except 4 random loose powdered doughnuts. Roaches everywhere, even the ceiling. No coffee, hot water or tea. If I could rate it a 0, a zero it would be. Don’t stay here, unless you like all of the above.

We were traveling and booked at the last minute. The hotel and room is what you’d expect for the price. The hotel clerk was friendly and efficient. The room itself was decent and clean.

The property is older, but updated and clean. The room has an iron and board, coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave, but no hair dryer (by request?). The room was pet-friendly and large. Breakfast was basic: cereal, toast, muffins, juice, coffee. Nothing hot or fresh like waffles, oatmeal, or bagels. Another building was all long-term guests, and an ambulance or police visited the property daily. I still felt safe and it was clean. I didn’t leave valuables in my room during the day. This property was an upgrade from my previous experience 15 minutes away!
