Loved the hotel , i was in an end unit towards the road so ot was a little noisy. Restaurant by the hotel Plate88 American grill was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Customer service with the officme we so friendly. Thank you

Janie was amazing! Great customer service! Tbh, the bed was not comfortable and the shower was sad. We were also very sad that the hot tub was gone. Plate 88 was great, except for the early hours. We were also super sad Gallagers was closed. But, thats CA.

Desk Staff is beyond great. Only advice for them to pay attention to detail. Second visit. Same room 3 months apart. Missing bathroom fan conver. Cracked electrical inlet cover in entry. Seems small but i belive this could be a destination hotel because of location. The restaurant that is next door is also amazing. I was kinda caught off guard by how awesome this place was. BEST STAFF EVER. Food amazing. All said I give a %100 percent score.

The Nice lady at the desk was absolutely amazing. The first time I stayed there. She was very attentive, very professional very courteous very kind. The second time I stayed there was a kiosk and the check-in was very cold not personable, and it left me feeling detached.

Easy to find and access, plenty of self parking. Room was clean, bed was fine. Couldn’t get TV channels to work. Wi-fi was good. Pricing is about $25 too high. The 88 restaurant next door is very good. Quiet stay.

An hour after checking in and going to my room, I was advised that there was an additional $96 fee because my room had been changed from a king to two double beds. The king was unavailable. Felt like a down grade because it was on the first floor and could every step of the people above. Thanks to Expedia for fixing it and not making me pay the surprise charge.

Everything was surprisingly very good. One suggestion, if your wife has had double knee surgery in the past year and is also suffering from a pulled hamstring and you have a sciatica thing going on, make sure to specify ground floor. Very stupid of me...

There were drunk loud people in the room right under us. They kept us awake, we asked them nicely to be quiet. But it didn't change, so I called down to the front desk. She said she was familiar with the guys in the room and would talk to them. She did and they were quiet. The walls are very thin in the rooms, you can hear what everyone on each side of you is doing and saying. It needs insulation. It would be nice if they served a continental breakfast. Having said all that, I would definitely stay there again. The rooms were big, clean and great views. The staff was wonderful and amazing. They deserve a raise!!!!! or bonus!!!!!!

Just okay but cheap

Our rooms had a slight cigarette smell and the sheets and blankets looked really worn. Carpet isn’t the cleanest either. But overall the staff was friendly and the price was good that we could deal with it for a night. Really hope they start updating the sheets and blankets it’s gross to think of what’s on them....
