Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a feeling of welcome throughout the space. Marvel at the airy atmosphere and the colorful, nautical decor. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, carrying on great conversations, or streaming your favorite movies on the large TV in the living area. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and a lovely breakfast bar. With two beds and a sofa bed in the living area, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. Watch the sunset from your private patio with your favorite drink to end the day right.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
