Good place to spend time

Close to Hershey park. Clean place to stay after a long day at the amusement park.

This hotel has a lot of potential. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and our room was comfortable. There were a few hairs in the bathroom. We were going to go in the hot tub, but it was really cloudy. Breakfast was a rat race and the selections were limited. We ended up grabbing cereal and my hubby got coffee, but said it was bad. We ended up checking out with the very kind front desk hostess and grabbing breakfast en route to our final destination in New Jersey. All of that being said, we would stay here again for the kind staff, comfort and convenience.

Older hotel that could use some TLC. No hot water do went to the front desk. As soon as I started telling him we had no hot water, and before I could tell him our room number, he informed me that the faucet handles in our room were backwards. Hot is cold snd cold is hot. Would have been nice to know at check in.

Hotel was clean (most importantly) and staff was friendly and helpful. We had accessible room which was small and on 4th floor. Never understand why accessible rooms are on upper floors when elevators cannot be used in event of fire. Attempt to be upscale but not comparable to upscale hotels. However, probably would stay there again if had reason to stay downtown Lancaster.
