“when first arrived was given a room. when I entered the room, I went to turn on the a/c, and it wasn't working. The wall where the a/c was plugged in was torn away and dangling. I went to the front desk, and they told me that I didn't know how to turn it on. so, they sent the repair man to the room to show me how to turn it on. Even the repair man said that the whole wall that the a/c was plugged into was blown. It was 97 degrees out I wasn't going to stay in a room with no a/c. I had to beg……

“The motel was an older one that the current owners did not bother to upgrade the rooms. The room & bathroom had damaged walls, stains on the walls and tiles, areas where something on the walls or furniture was either removed or broken but never replaced or repaired. The room phone was not plugged nor worked when I plugged it in to the wall phone jack. I arrived too late to check and find other accommodations. I did not know the area. The TV remote needed new batteries. Remember I said there was……

“It wasn't clean. It wasn't up-to-date, had no amenities like refrigerator coffee pot, microwave. Jacuzzi was not big enough for two people. Poor lighting, fireplace didn't work, and if you needed housekeeping, after a certain time you had to wait till the next day. Cause office can't open the door. And house keeping could do a much better job on keeping it cleaner!!”

“This place is terrible. It’s the worst I’ve ever been to. I got bitten by bed bugs that were laying in worth of five minutes. The place was really dirty and made me itchy. The bed sheets were stained and ripped. Hornets nest in the stairway. You don’t even get your money’s worth. Don’t come here ever!”
