"When booking this room, my husband and I thought this was in the Holiday Inn family. It may have been a long time ago, but not now. The floor was so dirty my socks were caked in dirt, the air conditioning worked to keep it cool, but the humidity in the air was so high, it saturated one of my medicines! We normally book rooms where there is a free breakfast, and were very surprised to see that there were signs that say free coffee only from 6-10 am. You could purchase cold drinks, nothing...
