Room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The complementary breakfast is good there compared to other hotels in that area with complementary breakfasts. It is convenient (driving) to the Cook-Douglass campus. The room was well-appointed -- fridge, microwave, coffeepot, desk, plenty of room for clothes.
There were a few minor things that needed minor repairs: the door blocker (eg, to keep the door from being opened from the hall) was loose, but the deadbolt worked. The shower leaked all over the floor (which is a problem I observed other times when I stayed there in other rooms.)

This, coupled with this room being positioned next to one of the exterior lights, meant the room was flooded with blue light all night. It was late when I went to bed, so I did not report it then, but I did report it in the morning when I checked out.
