“Loved the porch! Beds were very comfy and air conditioning kept the house super cool. Cookware was pretty slim so we donated a new deep frying pan. Great location and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.”

“Good location right on the river. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property, the provided dishes and supplies were top notch and it was very quiet our entire stay. It’s about 25 minutes from the trout hatchery and has good access to the river. We mostly fished the dam and hatchery creek, but the river access from the ramp is honestly less steep than I expected (it’s less steep than the boat ramp at the kendall recreation area). These are pretty roomy cabins (I rented the triplex……

“The place was very nice. Very clean. As someone said previously the arrival was a little confusing. I think the houses should be labeled A and B so you know which one. We pulled in and wee confused but the place is up on a hill to the left. The only other thing we couldn’t figure out how to work was the heat. I think there should be something on that how to use it. ”

“This is a perfect place for a family or small group to stay if you want close access to Lake Cumberland and Harris Grocery/Diner! Clean house with awesome shower and updated kitchen - a great choice for a weekend (or longer) at the lake! This was our second stay as we have family close to this property - loved it just as much this time as we did the first time.”
