“Place is decent for a small group. We traveled with 5 adults. Beds upstairs were good. Downstairs pull out was uncomfortable. There is a 50 HOA “parking fee” to get into the property. This is communicated after booking but not before. A little ridiculous because you do not receive anything for this additional cost. It was a good house for our purpose. “I don’t recommend this house at this time. It feels like no one has been inside the property for a year. It has dusty, breaking down furniture, dirty make-up wipes on the night stands, spiders in the corners, trash in the backyard, and more. Not to mention the host does not turn on VRBO notifications so you must give our your personal number or call the VRBO assist line to get help. “Hey team, thank you for the wonderful stay. None of these are complaints, perhaps just recommendations. The trees in the front made the driveway difficult to drive into and walk through. The cabin is a bit dark inside in the evening and the dishwasher would not start due to the large dishes not allowing the fan blade thing at the top to spin. “Our family stayed here for my son's destination wedding at Glacier Point in Yosemite. The house was absolutely perfect for family to gather on the huge deck & relax. “Was everything as advertised. There was some unpleasant odor in kitchen/ living room area that we had to buy air freshener to deal with, but the owners didn’t know about it and tried to rectify. All in all it was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Wound definitely recommend.”
