My flight landed at 9pm and when I contacted host, he said I’m sorry but the house was double booked and tried blaming it on VRBO. He also tried sending hotel suggestions where to stay at but in terrible locations.Thank you VRBO for doing there best to correct the homeowners mistake. ”

“The property was in a great location and host was very responsive. I could have used some directions on how to lock and unlock doors prior to arrival but host was helpful when I asked for directions. The baseboard heat was on in the kitchen, making it hard to sit in one seat of the table. The window ac unit right near it was helpful to keep the place cool.”
