"The room was lovely although small for a superior. There was no free bottle of water or tea/coffee making equipment which is the normal for a Parador. "Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Plasencia is abit of a dump but this hotel is a wonderful oasis. We stayed with our dogs. They had a big bed and bowls and nibbles welcoming them. We had a stunning suite. Loved our stay there"
