We had a late checkin and the hotel told us to inform the late arrival for key collection procedures as no one will be at the front desk. We informed them of late arrival. After 4 phone calls and 3 mail, no procedure for late arrival. Each time we called they said they will provide the instruction in the next few hours. No reply to the mail. They just spoiled our day of check in keeping us in very uncertain state.

I'd avoid this property. Paper thin wall. Room next were up until 3am speaking. Ordering drugs, and other inappropriate behavior. Front desk was not during the night time, they were hidden looking at their phone. Restaurant wasn't very inviting to be seated at, just didn't feel good being here. Rooms small, no window. Please save your money stay something else.

Beautiful room with a lot of character, lovely view, personal welcoming touches, the fridge, hot pot and microwave we needed, perfectly clean, and...customer support answered me at midnight bc we were having problems getting in! Turns out we were at the wrong hotel. Ummm....embarrassed. But I was happily shocked that the Bob W. staff got on this right away. I was standing outside a hotel with two teens in town, so very much appreciated all the personal help. Cannot say enoigh about this place! We stayed at the Sodermalm location but I would stay at a Bob W. anywhere in the world, based on this stay alone.
