The air conditioner is connected to the outside. So we can't close the window completely. There's a bar, a main road and a railway downstairs and it's very noisy till very very late. The sheet's broken. The TV doesn't work. Everything is old. I never lived in a hotel so old so terrible.

The property is very well located, but absolutely not worth the expensive price requested. Don't be fooled, price gauging does exist. Sorry to put this info as feedback, but need to be reflected in this review. Stayed at different places in Banff and Calgary, at a lower cost, and was much much more updated, clean, convenient and price worthy.

No free parking. Towels felt like sandpaper. Coffee was terrible and the dry creamer was very old. The "courtyard view" was old Christmas trees on the roof. Room was very small. Not worth what we paid.
