The hotel definitely needs some updates in main areas, elevator and hallways. We went to use the pool in the morning but was told it would t open until 8:30, when it should have been open at 8:00. Then we decided to go for breakfast after a shower and were turned away because they were short staffed. The restaurant wasn’t even half full and they had a buffet going. We were told we could go to the Lobstick for breakfast. We walked next door but there was no restaurant just a little breakfast bar with muffins, etc, so we came back and put our name down. Wish we didn’t. The eggs had this very odd after taste. I did t bother complaining at this point. Heard a lot of other guest complaining about the service and being turned away. Front desk staff did or said nothing. Didn’t even ask how my stay was. I come to Jasper very frequently, But I will never stay at this place again

Room layout was nice, tub worked great but you expect things to work well for the price we paid. The TV wasn’t working and it took two calls get to get it fixed, the Internet went down on the third day, and the ac couldn’t keep the room cool enough during the warm snap.
