Our room was ok, shade was broken, some pretty bad stains on the carpet that may have been spilled food or possibly vomit. Tub/shower was dingy. Definitely in need of a remodel. Rooms are cleaned every other day which is not what we would expect but seems to be a theme since Covid. I had to ask twice for basics such as clean towels and coffee supplies. When housekeeping finally came after the second request they were very accommodating. Nice location though, plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

The hotel is hard to find as it is part of a conference center and not marked with signage. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk, and although there was a number to call no one answered because the phone was still sitting there. Then when she finally showed up she was full of attitude. The room was nice, clean and comfortable but no in room coffee.

Kevin went above and beyond for my family when we were there for our daughter’s high school graduation! Made sure I always had a parking spot for my truck. Definitely recommend staying at the Cheshire. Definitely a different experience.
