Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt Ok. Es ist sauber und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Hotel ist einfach schrecklich. Das Dreibettzimmer kam mir kleiner als das normale Doppelzimmer meiner mitgereisten Eltern vor. Das Badezimmer war es definitiv. Dazu war ein Schrank mit viel zu wenig Ablage im Zimmer. Für zwei Erwachsene mit kind ungenügend.

Top Lage....schlechte Gastgeber

Servicemitarbeiter und Nachtportier waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reception war arrogant, unflexibel und man bekam nicht das Gefühl ein Gast zu sein. Haben mit Terrasse gebzcht (Aufpreis bezahlt) und hatten einen kleinen Balkon. Nach Rücksprache mit der Reception bekammen wir die Antwort das man nicht definiert hat wie gross die Terrasse sei....Was soll das....Als an einem Tag unser Zimmmer nicht gemacht wurde, auch da wurde nicht zielführend eine Lösung gesucht. Schade, Hotel ist an einer guten Lage und sehr ruhig

Härligt att ha tillgång till pool samt stol o parasoll vid stranden. Frukosten var ok men tog slut vid 9. Balkongerna är små men funkar att sitta två på med lite pyssel

Perfekt familjehotell nära stranden

Hotellet ligger perfekt nära stranden och på Via Bafile som på kvällarna blir gågata. En ganska liten men fin pool med en jacuzzi-del hör till hotellet. Till varje rum ingår ett parasoll och en solsäng och solstol. Bra frukost, det enda som skulle behöva förbättras är kaffet som görs i en automat. Ett extra plus vore kylskåp på rummet. Grazie al servizio al capo cameriere, penso che si chiamava Giuseppe, che era molto bravo e service-minded. Grazie anche a tutto lo staff che era molto gentile, la donna di pulizia molto simpatica! Ci torneremo volentieri! Perfekt hotell för sol, bad och besök i Venedig. Vi återvänder gärna!

Prisvärt hotell 100 meter från stranden

Rent och fräscht hotell med mycket bra receptionsservice. Liten pol som var perfekt att bada i efter havsbaden. Mycket bra frukost. Tyvärr var träningsredskapen i behov av renovering.

Det er et dejligt hotel deres engelsk er dog ikke så godt men de gør hvad de kan Det er meget tæt på stranden og en fin lille pool byen er turist turist pizza pizza pasta pasta osv.. jeg er dog meget berejst så det for mig var det pool og strand det handlet om det var dejlige forhold..

Leider war das Personal sehr unfreundlich, wir kommen nicht wieder. Wir waren insgesamt 2 Nächte dort. Am Anreisetag sind wir erst spät Abends gekommen, wir haben dann freundlich nachgefragt, ob am Abreisetag ein "Late-check out" möglich ist. Wir wollten 2,5h länger bleiben und noch am Meer liegen. (Hotel Check out ist eigentlich um 10h.) Wir sind dreimal verschickt worden, weil nie der richtige Ansprechpartner da war. Dann haben wir die Antwort bekommen, wir können noch bis Mittag bleiben, wenn wir 40 Euro zahlen. Wir haben natürlich abgelehnt. Die Dame war dann sehr unfreundlich und hat auch gesagt es interessiert sie weder das wir erst spät angereist sind und nichts nutzen konnten, noch interessieren sie schlechte Bewertungen. Ein "Ciao" bei der Abreise war dann die Verabschiedung. Wir haben dann unser Gepäck im Auto gelagert und haben uns um 17 Euro 2 Liegen plus Schirm am Strand gemietet. (wäre auch noch billger gegangen). Man hat natürlich keinen Anspruch auf einen späteren Check out, aber eine freundliche Antwort erwarten wir uns schon. Auf das Gefühl ausgenützt zu werden (40 Euro) kann man auch verzichten. Der ganze Hotelstrand war dann auch halb leer.

ingesamt enttäuschend

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Wir hätten uns von dem Hotel mehr erwartet. Es war eine "Ersatzbuchung" für ein Hotel, das unsere Reservierung nicht gespeichert hatte. Wir hatten auch das Gefühl, als "Ersatzgäste" behandelt zu werden. Wir bekamen ein kleines "Kämmerlein" neben dem Aufzug. Anstelle von einem zugesagten 3-Bett-Zimmer mit Zustellbett hatten wir ein Doppelbett mit Stockbett. Dieses Stockbett musste man aus einem Wandverbau herausklappen. Dementsprechend war die Qualität. Mein Sohn getraute sich nicht auf diesem Bett zu schlafen. Die Betten sind generell in schlechtem Zustand. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht gerade aufregend. Vor allem aber waren die beiden Kaffeemaschinen dreckig - und das die ganzen 4 Tage! Auch die Schalen für das Müsli waren öfters nicht sauber. Das Tuch, auf welchem die Gläser für die Getränke standen, wurde seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr getauscht. Insgesamt machte das Hotel vorerst einen besseren Eindruck. Es hielt nicht das, was der erste Eindruck an der Rezeption versprach. Der auf Säulen über dem Parkplatz gebaute Pool lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein, liegt Großteils im Schatten und das Wasser ist sehr kalt.

Cosy hotel very close to the beach

My husband and I selected this hotel based on reviews on Expedia, and I must join the reviews. First of all, the food was great, we had only bed & breakfast. For breakfast, you get quite a big variety of dishes, and there's something for everyone (veggies and meatloaves). We had dinner in the restaurants nearby (would recommend Braies or Canevel - both reasonably priced and the portions are big). Rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly. The only note about the staff is that they don't really speak English, so it may be a bit difficult to communicate without the knowledge of either Italian or German. The beach is very close and you get an umbrella. There's a pool and the gym too, but we didn't use it as the weather was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this and would go back. Tip: If you're traveling from UK, best is to withdraw the euros from any ATM, as there's no exchange office. Also, if you can, land at Marco Polo airport, rather than Treviso.

Piacevole week end!

Purtroppo ho soggiornato solo una notte in questo hotel, ma posso dirmi di essermi trovata bene! Hotel accogliente, in un ottima posizione sia per la spiaggia sia per una passeggiata di sera sulla via principale. Camere pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario. Personale disponibile, gentile e sorridente! La prima colazione è abbastanza varia, anche se personalmente mi piace trovare la frutta fresca e purtroppo non c'era quasi nulla. Nel complesso lo consiglio!

Great location hotel

Stayed in a family room for 4 nights on the top floor. Although the room was very clean and modern it was a bit small for us all to move around in and not much floor room to store luggage - lovely large roof terrace though. Staff were very helpful and spoke several languages which helped. Breakfast was buffet style with a wide choice of things to eat. Location of the hotel was ideal - literally on the strip so the minute you walk out you are in the centre of everything, plenty of restaurants, bars, shops to choose from. Would definitely stay there again.

Super central beliggenhed - lige i hjertet af Jesolo - og ca. 100 meter til stranden. Meget venligt og meget serviceminded personale. Udmærket morgenbuffet - og et godt udvalg af drinks og dessert i baren. Lidt små værelser til en familie på 4 - og vi savnede virkelig, virkelig meget et køleskab på værelset (især når temp. når op over 35 grader!) Men derudover havde vi nogle dejlige dage på og omkring hotellet :-)

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni trattamento mezza pensione in bassa stagione eravamo in poche famiglie quindi tanta tranquillità l' hotel si presenta bene essenziale e sobrio i titolari come il personale sono cortesi e gentili la camera ristrutturata di recente (come il resto della struttura) abbastanza spaziosa la colazione a buffet e la cena di buona qualità come la scelta di cinque primi tre secondi e due dolci.A nostro parere per essere un tre stelle la qualità prezzo e stata soddisfatta
