Breakfast was very good! Some staff at front desk were rude and inconsiderate! Our grandson suffers from traumatic anxiety and had a bed accident! Our daughter went to front desk at 3 am to get dry sheets and mattress cover! She said all she had was sheet and housekeeping would be in at 8! Now I am not stupid if you are the night manager you have access to whatever you need. She was just lazy, rude and didn’t want to bother! This was Sunday, November 1 and someone needs to update the sympathetic side of her. Also the commodes in our back to back rooms kept gurgling and the smell was awful! We got a plunger from housekeeping and plunged both rooms on our own. Come on people, step up your game! Otherwise we had a great stay! The ladies at the desk on Halloween night were very nice!!!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast bar was good. The swimming pool was dirty and every single chair out by the pool was broken. This was a big disappointment.

Check in was quick asked to be put somewhere quiet as possible and was accomadated. Asked for extra blanket and desk person could not find one but offered me a couple extra sheets. Room was very clean as well as the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, overall a great stay. Would stay again. There was construction but it did not interfere with my stay

Breakfast was good in on time with a lot of variety. The overall facility look nice, but there were some areas where he needs to have some upgrades like some bathroom work here there’s some carpeting just to make it appeal to more people or just a little better than if he did that
