Stayed here for 5 nights and had the most amazing time! The bungalow opens right onto the beach and has the most comfortable bed .. and the shower is incredible. It could use a mirror other than the bathroom mirror but that’s it! We can’t wait to come back.. the stag and food at the resto attached was incredible

The location was great. The closeness of the beach and water to our cabin was amazing, right outside the door. Staff were very personable and polite. Food was great. Already planning our next trip here and planning on bringing our family.

Excellent location and staff

We stayed here for 5 days - lovely location and staff. Will definitely come again. There are several bars and restaurants nearby which you can walk to along the beach. Also, OJ's is just next door which is a fin outdoor restaurant. would certainly recommend.

These little cabins are the perfect place for a quick & easy stay with the most incredible view! The accommodations aren't luxurious but they're very comfortable & you're directly on a gorgeous beach with a grill on site & a restaurant next door. The comfort & ease of these cabins are so worth it, & the views are perfect in every direction

Family and couples greatness!

Amazing trip and the staff and management were great the entire time. The beach was amazing and no seaweed issues and no panhandlers and crowds. Families or couples greatness!

This was a unique cabin style property right on the beach. The amazing staff was nice enough to store our bags and let us use an empty cabin as a day room before our booked cabin was ready (we went in low season). The premium cabin was clean and looked amazing. There is limited things in walking distance but taxis are easy to get if needed and there was parking on site. The on site restaurant and bar had good food and drink options available. I would highly recommend this place!

I loved this cabin during the day! It was so quiet and peaceful. Sometimes nobody in the water. At night, different story. I brought Raid with me, but had to buy more on the island. There were just so many bugs at night, I had to check out on my 3rd day of 7. The staff was great, very pleasant! I felt safe there, a security guard was there and also pleasant.

Power and water was off and on for 6 days sometimes for up to 6 hrs.Bathroom kept clogging up and couldn’t flush because of no water No microwave for any leftovers No access to ice as bar and restaurant were closed for the week Tried to have dinner at sister resort Kymono suites but was turned away. Awful experience with the lodgings but the area on the beach was a hit

The beachfront view is amazing. The staff are nice and friendly. But, the room looks unkept, the cabinet drawers were dirty with sands. The floor in the room needs to change. Curtains looks like it hasn’t been washed, leak coming inside the room when it rains.They don’t come and clean the room daily. Needs a lot of upgrade.

The property is situated on one of the best beaches in Antigua. The cabins are rustic and basic but as long as you are prepared for that then you’ll have a great time. The room had good air conditioning, a small fridge and tea/coffee. Nice shaded outdoor area right in front of the cabin to sit and relax out of the sun. The service was a bit slow but when you are on holiday it doesnt matter so much. The property is now called Julias on the Beach, so no signage for Conch Shack Beach Cabins. The only small issue is this place runs out of water (every second day and usually first thing in the morning). Its generally back on before lunch but something to be mindful of or to expect when staying here (bathrooms are unusable during this time).

Dishonest and Ignorant

So, the night before we arrived we received a call from the Conch stating that due to renovation work not being completed they had to cancel our reservation and had booked us into remote hotel several miles away in 5 islands that is not within walking distance of anything and cut off, not where we wanted to be. We were not given any options and had to accept as we were soon to board our flight. We had booked a cabin as we wanted to be beach front and ended up in a hotel room situated behind a bar and restaurant area. The Conch have failed to respond to our attempts to contact them, literally just ignored us. We emailed a manager called Anna. To make matters worse it’s turned out they lied to us about the renovation and have just double booked us. What scumbags, what a way to run a business. Don’t book with them as they cannot be trusted. They ruined our trip.

What's most important is that these beach cabins are on the beach, not across the street from the beach, not close to the beach . . . on the beach ! Staff here is very helpful, they helped me with anything I asked for. The grounds are all nicely taken care of. There's a few things in walking distance, but generally speaking it's good to have a car here (do be warned the driving on island is a little bit hectic) There's a nice supermarket near by in Jolly Harbor. We like to get our own snacks, beer, water, etc. This is not a resort, so if you're a bit fussy about high end things, this is probably not for you. They are rustic cabins. They do have AC which is crucial, and I can't tell you enough that they are sitting right on an absolutely gorgeous, soft sand, clear blue water beach. My only complaint would be that the onsite restaurant sometimes took a really long time to get food out. I get 'island time' and 'small kitchen' and all that . . . but this was sometimes extreme. When you work hard, save up money, get time off and travel thousands of miles : you want to relax, swim, read, hike, have tropical drinks, etc. What you DO NOT want to do is sit in the hot sun and wait, and wait, and wait . . . . and wait for your food to arrive. I believe they will get this problem corrected. So overall : I would (and will) return to the Conch Beach Cabins. Digital high five to the staff there. We had a fantastic time. Thank you.

This property totally disappointed. If I could get a refund I would have left the property immediately and went somewhere else. The property seems to have one been a very beautiful place to be however it's poorly maintained. On entering we felt as if the property was abandoned and we had been scammed on Expedia. There was no room service so the room was never cleaned for the 5 days we spent there and towels weren't replaced. In arrival I asked the manager of they were expecting us cause the room was dusty, they're was cobweb, no nah for the bin in the toilet, no soap by the sink, just used half empty tubes. They're wear no mosquito net as advertised in the picks. They're was Ann overgrown tree in the bathroom and no hot and cold water so night time showers required mental preparation. The water went twice and I had to call the manager and ask the security on the compound to assist. The pool was totally dirty and looks neglected. Someone came on the third day we were there to clean it. The best thing about this place is location as it's situated in the beach however because if the over grown grass you cannot enjoy the view from the beach chairs. You'll have to drag your own beach chair you get a better view. Breakfast was very limited. I must say the 4 daily staff member we interacted with, were very friendly and courteous. Overall I give this place 2.75 out of 5 stars
