When told about the issue, the staff only applied some insect repellent and did not resolve successfully. On our last evening, we went to the pool bar to relax, but were told that most of the cocktails were unavailable. We had wine instead and it was not properly stored. Very disappointing and we had to cut the evening short. The hotel could definitely do better with more staff training in terms of housekeeping and managing its bar."
