“I like this hotel easy parking ”

“This hotel is in an excellant location. Our room overlooked the beach and water and had a balcony with chairs for sitting outside. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I especially liked the updated room decor and the laundry room for guests. The hotel has been updated from an older facility and some parts look older. The breakfast had some fresh items which included waffles, eggs, apples, juices and biscuits and gravy and items were refilled. A highlight of our stay was watching the……

“What we went in the staff told us that the coffee machines wasn't working right in the lobby. We go to the room TV didn't work right. I called downstairs told him they said we could come down to where the breakfast would be and could watch the news that I wanted to say. When I tried to call him from the room phone did not work. No phone number posted for the front desk. I looked in my reservation finally found a phone number and call them. We were going to relax in the room and watch the news……

“The property was nice…clean, good fitness center, room was fine. We booked through Expedia for only a 1 night stay and when we arrived to check in, they didn’t have any of the type of room we reserved, so they downgraded. The front desk person basically said our room wasn’t guaranteed because we booked through Expedia. We would stay again but book with the hotel directly.”

“Used Uber to get there. Close to 5he huge navel base. Lower economic neighborhood but felt safe. Without my own transportation, no shopping to speak of: Food Lion, Dollar General, and alike. Found great little Thai restaurant one block over. ”

“Unfortunately, we were there during refurbishing the main building, but our room was very clean, and updated. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The morning breakfast was more elaborate than expected and the staff that prepared the food was wonderful. Food was always stocked, warm, and tasty. The entire area was super clean. Check in was easy and smooth. We were very pleased with the area, many food restaurants choices for every palate within walking……
