“I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. ”

“The place is nice, clean, rooms very clean. Only thing is the parking. You have a small parking area at the hotel and it fills up fast. So they did have parking attendants that would take cars across the street and park them there in a separate parking lot. Also there is a $18 fee for parking per day. Never heard of that in all the years of staying in VA beach. I had the breakfast buffet the next morning and it was good for the price and food was good also. We stayed on the 4th floor with a……

“We tried three different rooms at this property. One of them had a burnt out electrical socket that was visible along with dirty sheets and a dirty toilet seat, the next room had a light socket that wasn’t even secured as well as a hole in the door that you can reach through and the third one wasn’t much better. The front desk guy in the afternoon was pleasant, the one in the evening was not”
