“Outdated, friendly and helpful staff”

“Bathroom was small. We didn’t have towels in our room when we arrived.”

“ Rooms were unclean bathroom floors in both rooms had not been cleaned dirty feet prints, hair on floors and in tub and in 1 room on pillow cases, with one slither of soap on sinks and no lotion. Refrigerators had been turned off and had hard time cooling. Beds are very used with springs very noticeable and uncomfortable. when I first entered room smell was very moldy and stale. Spoke to front desk, she stated that the smell happens every time it rains, I ask for another room, it was not……

“It was a dump. There was no elevator, room smelled like a funky musky cologne, pillows were terrible, bedding was like sleeping with 2 sheets only. It was VERY dated. Toilet was wobbly. The only positive thing I can say is there were no bugs. I would not stay here again.”

“TV, hot tub, gym equipment all were not working. AC in gym also didn’t work. It seemed there was no maintained being done. The whole pool deck was dirty. The breakfast was good. The shower was warm but not hot. The people were friendly. The view over the lake was beautiful.”
