However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating, see below. If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know 48 hours before you arrive. One of the AC units didn't work for the entire weekend. We had to sleep in the living room, with the kids, on the floor, and no one was able to sleep. I begged for someone to help us, I asked for a portable unit and the responses were pretty much the same "we don't have any". In addition in the first day we found out that the remote for the TV was missing. And we couldn't watch tv. there is nothing else you can do there at night with the kids except for watching tv.
