"Pleasant short walk from Bois de Vaux bus stop. Smooth path, no stairs, easy access even with a luggage. Room was spacious and clean. Toilets were also nice and clean. Towels are chargeable so remember to bring your own if you don't want to rent one. 24h front desk was a nice to have; knowing that help is there whenever you need it. super friendly staff :) would 10/10 come back here to stay."

"This was a great hotel with a bus just outside to take you to the station. Lausanne is full of hills, so having a transport card is wonderful. The staff were wonderful, some of the best I have come across and were very helpful with a few things I needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and I noticed they were the same with all the guests. "

"In kind of an industrial area at the edge of town more of a freeway stop than a destination. The staff was delightful, parking was convenient and free, the room was clean. This is not a non smoking hotel. The room smelled strongly of smoke and when we opened the window to get air it seemed that maybe workers from the place next door smoked all night there? We were four floors from the ground and the clouds of cigarette and marijuana smoke that filled our room were awful. The air conditioner didn’t turn on (maybe too early) so it was sit in a hot stuffy smoky room or let in the smoke with the fresh air all night. In the morning the shower was nice and the staff at the restaurant were kind. "
