"Hot tub buttons didn't work as intended. Led to one night of luke warm hot tub. Outside lights weren't plugged in so had to crawn under bushes in the dark. Lawn was completely unkept and even had lawn workers arrive at 9 am on our last morning even though checkout was 11 am. Fountains were unplugged, empty and filthy in the garden. Disgusting bulk containers of flour and sugar in the pantry that had been infected from previous guests. Front screen door had literal knife slashes in it. Lamp next...

"I encourage any adult couple or a lone adult seeking a relaxing stay to book this spot. Never thought any place could beat a beautiful oceanside stay but this River’s Edge home did it for us! We could hear the water rushing down the stream, birds singing, and in the mornings a rooster crowing. We loved it. Having the fireplace on the deck and the fire pit near the water was amazing. We used both. Christian provided plenty of firewood! We had enough backyard grassy area to throw the frisbee...

"Great setup for 3 couples and 2 kids. The main floor had plenty of gathering space for meals and games. Outdoor activity areas(trampoline, basketball, tennis, driving range) on the compound were enjoyed by kids, adults and dogs. Victoria and Josh were great hosts, welcoming and helpful when needed. We appreciated the fresh eggs every day! We would definitely plan another vacation there!"
