This property is old. We have stayed a few times and we stayed in the most expensive cabin and there have been no upgrades. The staff checking in was not friendly at all, they acted as if we were putting them out. The kitchen had only a few utensils. The refrigerator froze all of our food, only a few burners worked on the stove, the carpet looks like someone was killed in the living room, the sheets were dingy, the pillows were all old and gross and the remote for the TV did not change the channels. The tv For paying over $300.00 a night there should have been some updates in three years but it was worse than our previous stay in this room. There used to be a barbeque and patio furniture which is no longer on the porch. The spa has not worked in years…at least the ice machine worked this year. We have tried to stay there for the last time. For the price, you would think they would work on the most expensive room they have and update the couch, get the stained ceiling tiles replaced, the carpet, the blinds that are all bent and broken, a decent stove, and repair the walls where the paint is literally peeking off.

Mountain view with a large king size
Love our mountain view and enjoyed sitting on the bench with our tasty beverages. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our king sized bed room. The extra room made it easy to stow our ski gear for our trip. The kitchenette was bigger than expected with a small full size fridge. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Jacuzzi and sauna are broken. Office is closed "due to covid." Whoever answers the phone is rude. Had toothpaste?... on sheets. Pros: being in June Lake. Good instructions for getting key since no staff on site.

We loved our stay! Abut 40 minutes from mammoth and 3 from June Mountain. Walls are a bit thin so we could hear everything around us but with the big box fan they provide it blocked it right out. Front desk closed due to covid so kinda felt like we were on an island. All in all would come back again!!
