With a private heated pool and spa, covered outdoor kitchen, 7.5 baths and a private elevator serving all three floors of the main house, the property is designed especially well for families and groups who want to be together without giving up privacy.

One of Endless Summer's best features is its beach access. Step through the dedicated backyard access behind the pool and spa directly onto Beach Walk Estates' private pedestrian walkway, followed by an easy walk to the beach.

The main house has 6 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, including two beautiful primary suites. The third-floor primary is a retreat of its own, with a king bed, large private bath, two walk-in closets, separate den with a queen sleeper sofa, beverage area with sink and refrigerator, and an expansive covered ocean-facing balcony where you can relax in the coastal breeze. The second-floor primary features a king bed, large private bath, spacious private balcony and an exceptionally large walk-in closet.

Beyond the main living room, a separate first-floor den with TV, comfortable lounge seating and a queen sleeper sofa gives your group another place to relax and spread out, while also providing flexible additional sleeping space.

A detached guesthouse above the garage adds another level of privacy and works especially well for a small family. It includes a private king bedroom with walk-in closet, Jack-and-Jill bathroom, separate living area with a queen sleeper sofa and kitchenette — giving part of your group their own space while keeping everyone together on one property.

Outside, the private heated pool and spa are surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, with pool and spa heat included at no additional charge. The covered summer kitchen has a grill, bar and dining/seating area, and a convenient cabana bath with shower makes coming in from the pool or beach especially easy.

Inside, you'll find a spacious gourmet kitchen with gas range, granite counters, a 32-bottle wine refrigerator and abundant prep and storage space, along with generous gathering and dining areas. Two separate laundry areas — including a full second-floor laundry room — are especially convenient for families, beach towels and longer stays.

Beach gear is provided for guest use, including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and a rolling cooler.
