“The property is in a gated community, one of about 20 bungalows/houses, 90% privately owned. The one we stayed in is also for sale, the agent makes a little extra cash by listing it. It was horrendous to find, and communication was poor. But made up by the quality and tranquillity. On arrival the 24/7 security guard was expecting us and contacted the agents representative who lived close. he let us in without problem and checked us out the following day.”

“We stayed 3 nights and found the property very relaxing and beautiful, simple but fresh breakfast was given. Nice and simple bedrooms, clean. They are doing construction near by so you'll occasionally hear some noises midday but it shouldnt be there much longer. Would recommend if your looking to get away from the city. Its definitely far away from most attractions but if you have a scooter rental or you use a ride share app its not bad, 45-60 minutes to Ubud or Kuta.”

“很糟糕的體驗！房間設備很舊，枕頭上還有霉漬，房間內有壁虎跟蚊子，壁虎晚上一直叫，住在這裡的兩個晚上都沒辦法入眠。 浴室地上也有小蟲 熱水器是壞的，第一天忽冷忽熱（非常燙，無法洗澡）第二天早上跟櫃台反應，第二晚完全沒有熱水，只能匆匆洗漱。 浴缸根本沒辦法用啊！連淋浴都沒熱水，怎麼泡澡？浴巾的衛生品質也很差，明顯看到髒污。 泳池也是沒使用，因為泳池的裡面看起來沒有維持清潔（可以看附上的照片） 餐廳的蚊子非常多，蚊香只放一片，沒有再補充。椅墊都發黑色的霉，讓人很不想使用。 早餐也很簡單，選項連咖啡都沒有。第二天早餐根本不想吃，直接去外面吃早餐。 飯店接機服務要300K印尼盾，如果叫grab應該只要150K，不過接機人員服務不錯，一出機場就看到了。 基本上不太享有服務的感覺，因為飯店腹地很小也沒特別公共設施。 千萬不要讓飯店人員幫你叫spa服務，我們點了2個人90分鐘按摩服務，結果遲到了十分鐘才來一個人，另外一個按摩人員遲到了半個小時以上，只好更改成60分鐘。而且按摩人員直接踩在我們房間的床上，我們的臉一直掛在床尾處，非常不舒服。”

“Everything was beyond expection. The impressive experience were the beautiful pool and the hospitality by the service team. The location was far from town but it was fine for me to enjoy the silence. The facilities are truly shown in the photo of the website. The main improvements are free transportation from/to airport(Not clearly stated, different answers by different receptionists)and the cleanliness of outdoor shower area.”

"We booked family connecting room for our trip this time, requesting extra bed in each room for the kids. The rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are nice and respond our request quickly. There are a variety of activities can do in hotel. We stayed in hotel one full day. We played at the beach which can walk directly from hotel lobby. We also swim and rent the bikes from hotel and took a bicycle rides along the beach. The kids love it! And our family also played picco ball in their court (they provide tennis court and table tennis table as well). At the end of the day, I enjoyed the spa (which is at Conrad standard). A lot of things can do in hotel, will not be bored! Food is good, particularly we like the Rin Japanese food restaurant. We spent 2 dinners at Rin, one is buffet and one is à la cart menu. Both are exceptional. Tasty food at relatively cheaper price than in Hong Kong. We love it!"

"I don't think the pictures do this hotel justice. I think it is better than the pictures. Everything is perfect from the room, the breakfast, the location, the amenities, the pool, and all the greeneries within the complex. Don't forget to check the pet turtles and pet rabbits! I missed the balinese theatre dinner unfortunately so if possible, do stay in this hotel on Mon, Wed, or Fri and book a dinner and show session."
