“Great Beach House with a great location. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“We had a heavy rainstorm on the first day of our trip, and there was a leak in one of the bedroom window frames. Communication was quick and a maintenance person was quickly on-site to patch it up. The only negative comment I have is regarding the painfully slow internet. If that won't be an issue for you during your stay, then this place is just about perfect. We loved the location. The pool was perfect for the kids. The house was clean. And the effort to solve any problems we had was noticed……

“This was a great house! Very clean & fresh from the moment we walked in. Had all the things we needed for two families. My only complaint is I think the pricing is a bit high considering it’s on the last row from the beach & we were right by the highway. So if you have little kids the walk to the beach can be a little hectic especially in the heat. Other than that it was a perfect stay and we had a great time! I would definitely come stay here again!”

“Jamaica Cay was an awesome rental property. The bunk room was a bottom level room with a bath. The two guest rooms were second level with a king and Queen set up on the main level and bath. The primary bedroom was on the top level with king and large bathroom. This was a perfect scenario for 9 basically adults as we could all have our space at times and divide up. It is on the canal with beautiful sunrises, kayaks and bicycles to entertain older teenagers. We enjoyed our stay!”

“Ok there was a lot of really great things about this house but I did take off a star for some things I found bad. First, we had sugar ants in the kitchen pretty bad we had to put all our food in the refrigerator to keep them off not that big of a deal, but there were ants. The real bad issue was the bed in the master bedroom is like sleeping on a slab of concrete. I couldn’t take it so my son switched with me and I took the queen bed which was much more comfortable, but there’s like AC ducts……

“Perfect stay! My family of 5 stayed here for a quick getaway. The owners were very responsive and answered all my questions! The house was beautiful-clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We loved fishing in the canal and caught several fish. The green fishing lights were awesome! We also enjoyed the kayaks and beautiful views from the upstairs deck. The community was quiet and not far from anything. We dined at Gaidos our first night which was just 20 min away and had Mario’s Pizza……
