“Stunning ocean views”

“What an amazing vacation! We absolutely loved Turtle Bay and the surrounding area. The view was stunning from our balcony. Our villa was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The only negative was a small deep freezer was in the kitchen. That made it a bit crowded and was an eyesore. I am guessing the side by side freezer stopped working, so accommodations were made on the short term. (We were grateful for that!) Instructions and procedures were……

“What an oasis on the North Shore. This well appointed, quiet, peaceful, and well stocked unit was more than we could ask for. The AC was ice cold, and the beach a beautiful 5-10 minute walk. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen combined with Costco saved us a lot of cash. The host was second to none and this was out favorite stay on the island. We were only 15 minutes from Waimea, 10 minutes from Teds bakery, and a short walk to the beach front restaurant, which was not that……

“2nd floor villa was clean, attractive, lacks nothing. It was quiet. No disturbances from outside. It was very secure. The beach and ocean views were spectacular. We even enjoyed a visit as guests to the Ritz Carlton shops and lounge area, a short walk away.”

“Not a full set of silverware nor pots/pans dishes etc. Could use some cleaning around the baseboards. Cotton sheets would have been nice - breatheable at least. The microfiber sheets were too hot to sleep in. Cleaning washer and dryer before next gueats would have been nice. There was lint in dryer and hair in washer. The bed was not squarely on platform. When we sat on the end, it flipped up on us. Rug in the bathroom was dirty. Towels were worn and scratchy. I am certain we left the kitchen……

“The check-in instructions were to retrieve the key from the lock box. However, there was no key in the box and the door was locked. We attempted to call, text, and message Vanessa through the app with no response all night. I also reached out to VRBO customer support and they also were not able to contact her. After over an hour waiting outside in the dark with all of our luggage, the next door neighbor said we could go through their unit and try the lanai door on our unit, which mercifully……

“The one bedroom condo is clean, loaded with anything you would want in a kitchen…yes loaded!! Very neat and extremely clean and beautifully designed with a crisp minimalist living room design… beautiful. I stay in turtle bay condos multiple times per year, and they are usually over decorated and loaded with junky Nick-nacks that you have to move to even get counter space. A Also walking distance from Lei-lei’s restaurant, a true north shore “stand out” of greatest quality. Walkable to great surf……
