“There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! ”

“My third time staying at Aston Waikiki Sunset. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The staff were friendly and helpful in resolving any issues you asked. Room is clean, equipped with a full kitchen and has the balcony. Each floor has coin-operated washer/dryer. You can purchase parking tickets at the machine in the lobby for $35 per day. The hotel facilities and room furniture are somewhat outdated. Anyway, it's a good choice when you're on vacation in Honolulu.”

“Waikikiに中心部に近いため便利ですがせっかくのキッチン付きが鍋、フライパンが小さすぎて何も料理することが出来なかった。 ベッドカバー枕カバーは、清潔に見えるが半乾きのままベッドメイキングしてあり半乾き臭で寝るのが苦痛でしたので翌日、タオルシーツ等々すべて洗濯をやり直しました。 ビルの工事のインフォメーションが無かったので部屋に毎日コンクリートの削りカスが入って来ていましたので砂埃に悩まされた。 三週間の滞在でプールが使用出来たのは、外壁工事の為たったの６日間しか利用出来ず工事がありプール使用不可のインフォメーションがあれば宿泊しなかった。 何故か騙されて宿泊した気分になりハワイ旅行は、不快な旅になりました。 まだまだ他にも記載したいことがありますがこの部屋は、絶対にお薦めいたしません。”

“Towel rack was broken, suitcase stand needed to be put back together. Only 2 total towels for 2 weeks for 2 people. Listed as an apartment but had no stove. No dresser and a tiny closet so we had to live out of our suitcase. No trash bags no housekeeping no outlets in bathroom. Curtains didn’t slide properly,half attached. No bath mat. It was inconvenient to live that way for 2 weeks ”
