The only window in our room overlooked the breakfast area which staff took breaks in all nice/drunk people yelling all night/ chairs scraping across the floor. We paid for a jacuzzi suite mind you. The room was smelly and not very clean. The Air conditioning had a short and if we bumped the cord at all it shut off. All together not a great stay. Room was not clean there was a nasty stain on the ironing board. The security lock on the door didn’t even line up so we couldn’t use. The pool was shut down until almost closing time then when they opened it the room smelled so bad of sewage we couldn’t even be in there.

The building has potential and our room was nice with a jetted tub. However, breakfast was mediocre and our room needed to be vacuumed. Good location in Battle Creek. Fair price for the hotel.

We went to check in at your hotel and were hit with a heavy sign from a worker whose job wasn’t the front desk - she didn’t have code to help check us in and told us to come back in 15 minutes, that Megan the front desk worker had to run home to let her dog out. After waiting 40 minutes we decided to go to the store and get bathing suits. We come back to check in 2 hours from the first time we tried to and Megan was there to check us in but then told us after taking our payment and checking us in that the pool was closed. Megan was extremely rude to us about booking through a 3rd party and was little help with getting the issue resolved and refunded. Once we contacted the 3rd party they had to contact the hotel to get things going and they had to call 4 times to get through to her while we sat and watched the phone ring. Terrible experience.

The breakfast was not good we ended up going out to eat. The room was very old and everything was falling apart! Couldn’t even get our room door to close without kicking it shut! The staff was friendly the property looks so nice until u go into your room very run down!

Pillows need to be replaced for real ones. I don’t know what those were. They were too small for the queen size beds and they didn’t even look like a real pillow. No hand soap in bathrooms and only one wash cloth.

Well, not much good things to say, the breakfast was good and plentiful, the property was dirty, there is not an elevator and that information should be posted somewhere before booking, hauling luggage and bowling balls upstairs and one our travel partners has a bad knee. Not a good experience, some staff was friendly, the pool was not open when we got there for some reason not given to us. All in all just an ok experience I would def not return

The tub in the room had gunk coming out of the Jets, made the water a dark yellow, the pool was closed, seemed to be a motel 6 turned hotel, but other than no pool, and nasty jacuzzi tub in room, it was alright, not worth the $120+ a night, get a airbnb or a more mainstream hotel
