“Wir waren im Adults-Only-Bereich des Caravia Beach Hotels. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Restaurant: Das Essen war sehr hochwertig, abwechslungsreich und geschmacklich wirklich ausgezeichnet. Dieser Bereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider gibt es aber einige Kritikpunkte: * Auf den Zimmern gibt es kein kostenloses Trinkwasser. Man muss Leitungswasser trinken, das leider deutlich nach Chlor schmeckt. * Auch die Softdrinks aus den Automaten hatten für uns einen starken Chlorgeschmack. * Der……

“Overall the hotel is decent, However, The beds are very uncomfortable, a safe isn’t included in room charge, limited food options. On our last night we found a mouse in our room (our room was on the 3rd floor and we kept doors closed), we weren’t offered a new room, security came in with a pole and the mouse ran down the corridor (unsure what happened to it I believe it’s still in the hotel)”

“Had a horrible experience for the 5 night stay, given the hot weather, the AC of the room was not working and with repeatedly raising this with the Hotel staff and Front desk, nothing was done and the 5 days i stayed was without AC in the room, maybe the hotel was fully booked or otherwise, the staff did not do anything to make my stay comfortable in the hot weather. Even asking for water to be topped up in the room was a struggle with multiple calls to the house keeping without any success.……

“The hotel has great pools, plenty of food with a good variety, and enjoyable evening entertainment. It is a good choice for families with children. However, our room did not meet our expectations. It was old and poorly maintained, and the garden view actually overlooked garbage and noisy air conditioning units. We were offered an upgraded room for an extra charge, but it had a leaking air conditioner, so we declined. Unfortunately, no satisfactory solution was provided, which was disappointing.”
