The room and check in were fine. You should offer free checkout until noon. Charging a 30€ penalty is not a good experience for a guest and it soured our visit when we were told this in response to our request.

"We were traveling from the US and we got a suite for our daughters and us. It was absolutely perfect and so clean. The suite had 1 door w 2 doors behind it so the security was great. "A standard hotel in its class. Very well located. Staff efficient. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast very expensive - though that is the way it is these days. Convenient nearby shops mean you don’t have to take breakfast in the hotel. Would stay again unless looking for a bit more character."
