Kampung Gelang Vacations from $567

Excellent staff - smooth check-in and check-out, receptionists responsive to queries and problems (e.g. ceiling leak). Cleanliness - sheets clean, room does not smell, room cleaned well, carpets dirty with particles large and small but this does not affect the hotel's value-for-money, which remains high. Hotel has good eco-friendly policies - towels only changed on request, drinking water available from dispensers on every floor.

Excellent location. Close to bars and restaurants and easy walking distance from MRT.

Very clean and spacious. Housekeeping done every 3 days. Friendly host. Washer dryer available. Safe location with plenty of shops and eateries nearby. Will definitely return.

We had a good stay at ViiA Residences with our family. The location was excellent and definitely one of the main advantages. Abdullah Hukum LRT station is nearby, which made travelling around Kuala Lumpur easy, and KL Eco City Mall, The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Megamall are all within comfortable walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops close by. The outdoor swimming pool on the 40th floor was a lovely feature and a great place to relax after a day out. The gym was fine for our needs, although fairly basic, with the usual cardio equipment and enough for a simple workout. The residence was comfortable and convenient for a family stay, and we really appreciated having so much within walking distance. Being close to the LRT also meant we did not have to rely on Grab or taxis all the time.

The sound proofing is amazing. Despite being next to a mosque I wasn't woken up at 5am. The place was clean. Check in was a hassle as they can't do multiple forms of payment to pay for the hotel.
