I booked this stay thinking it was a hotel, but after booking I was contacted via WhatsApp and found out it operates more like an Airbnb-style accommodation. The location is okay and reasonably convenient. The room was clean and a standard studio layout. However, the air conditioner did not work ...

Staff, hotel smells of mold and sewer and let it rides. We had to force the staffs to go up to the room to admit the smell to proof that we did not make up to get refund. We had to suffer for four days with the smell. They said can not do anything about it
