Great staff, clean rooms, easy parking right by your door, pet friendly, You can walk to the stores, the view is amazing and the beds are really comfortable.
The rooms were much cleaner then they ever have and smelled good too. The staff were great, parking was easy and it's nice to just walk around town so easily from the hotel!
Beautiful area, the room is old style, nice beds, very clean. Parking in front of your door, grocery store across the street, delicious frozen yogurt around the corner. Perfect location, heated swimming pool and you can BBQ too!

After reading the reviews we were a little unsure about this property but having stayed multiple times at a nearby larger chain hotel and having a poor experience there because of large tour buses arriving in the middle of the night which caused poor sleep because of noise, we decided it was time to try another location, especially since the price was so much better. Overall, we felt this hotel was an excellent value. The room had a vintage rustic charm to it. Although the carpet was a bit stained, the shower was brand new and overall we felt it was very clean. I think for the savings per night, not having coffee in the room or breakfast was worth it, especially when there are options so close to the hotel. The only real issue we had was that the temperature on the window air conditioner/heater didn't seem accurate but we were able to make the room comfortable regardless. With a nice quiet evening, comfortable beds, and the fact it was pet friendly for dogs over 35 lbs, we were very thankful and will return again.
It was a clean room that did the job for the night. Karen was a great host and was very friendly. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a cheap stay in Kanab.
Property was centrally located and served our purposes for an overnight stay. Just a bit shabby and could be cleaned a little more effectively. Reception lacked a bit on hospitality rating - not that friendly and inviting.
I really enjoy the clean, old country look of the rooms. The housekeeping was above and beyond and was willing to assist me with my needs anytime if the day. Its nice also because the rooms are a reasonable price, thus, I have extra cash to visit the amazing national parks in the area. The housekeeper was so kind and let me know about restaurants near me and there are grocery stores with a short walk across the street.
The parking was conveniently located directly in front of my room. The room was clean. The area was quiet. I have no complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again.
Older hotel but well kept @ clean. Friendly & helpful staff & good restaurants within a few minutes walk

An older but down home atmosphere. Fridge and microwave in decent size room. Hot breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, Danish, cereals, apples and yogurt. Also at comfort inn for use is the pool. We stayed 4 days, had hot showers ( though the handle was new but wonky) and did our laundry there. For the price this is a win!

The room was clean besides the cockroach walking across the floor, we only saw the one the entire visit. Everything seemed clean, just old and outdated and patched up. Parking was right in front of our door, roomy and convenient. It is pet friendly BUT you have to pay $30 per pet which should be disclosed before you book. Then they tell you if your animal wets the bed you have to replace the mattress. That wasn’t an issue but what if my kids wet the bed??? Only one air conditioner worked so we were too warm.
I relly enjoyed the clean rooms and the friendly staff, who let me know about all the adventures the area offers. It is also close to shopping and I couldn't believe how quiet the location was. This hotel also has prices that are affordable for all.
