“Need to move lugguages from first floor to second floor by stairs. Very inconvenience. Simple breakfast but boiled egg is good. Room and bathroom are very small. Location is good.”

“Stayed here for a week for a late March ski holiday . The hotel is very comfortable and spacious. staff is very friendly and helpful . The small downside is the service and food options were limited maybe due to towards the end of season . But overall enjoy the staying a lot .”

“The room was well prepared with everything needed. The projector was a fun addition for our evening entertainment. The washing machine is in not in the unit, but in the shared management building. Driving to the location was quite an adventure for us in the heavy snow condition. We were not used to driving in snow, and the roads are narrow and snowy.”

“Service was excellent and great location. It's a 5 minute walk up to the base of Goryu. The family run pension is extremely helpful and some of the best food we had in Hakuba. The dry room has lots of room for gear, onsen was hot and vibes relaxing.”

“This place was incredible! We loved our stay so much that we are going to visit again at a time we can stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the slopes were right at the doorstep with a ski school for kids and sledding too. Transportation was available to take us to dinner at other places. The restaurant on site was exceptional, the breakfast was so good each day and then we had dinner with live music and had the most wonderful night. Highly recommend!”

“Very clean, modern hotel with excellent service from the staff. The hotel shuttle to the ski areas in Hakuba was very convenient. The hotel shuttle even picked us up when we were shopping in town and could not catch an Uber or Taxi. The service was exceptional.”

“House owner is very nice and helpful, if you are stayed for ski, please tell the owner, his advice is useful! The house is big and warm, room is clean and comfortable. I would like to stay longer if I have time.”
