“Room and hotel premises are quite clean. We had ventilation issue for the bathroom as it took long for drying. The staff are courteous and restaurant food is aswell very good”

“Room was in good condition, but the wifi was not working, there was no hangers/hooks for the hand towel. For a double bedded room they provided only one hand towel. No provision for tea/ coffee in the room. Behaviour of the staff was good and polite but food preparation took a long time.”

“The staff members were kind. Room service requests were met promptly. There was issue with breakfast booking. But that was sorted once evidence was provided on arrival. There were some additional development fee charged on arrival. For driver, separate booking was requested: per night Rs 600-700 for shared room. This information was missing in the booking page. The chef kindly requested for updates every single day and took our feedback on board. Quality of food may be improved. Jagannath……
