Welcome to "Aloha Niulani"! Our 4-bedroom 2 bath Oceanfront Beach home comfortably sleeps up to 8. Conveniently located in the Old Kauai town of Kapa'a. Tucked away in a secluded neighborhood with your own beach right outside the door, but also within 5-8 mins walking distance to shopping and dining.

Complete home Central Air system added recently! A huge bonus here in Kauai, where the majority of homes do not have these systems in place.

We are also right on the Kapaa bike/jogging/walk path (6 miles long).

Great spot for winter Whale Watching! You can also snorkel on the beach right outside the house.

Exactly what I needed

The spot under the tree in the backyard was the best reading spot in the house. Waking up in the morning to the sunrise from bed was exquisite.I haven’t slept so well in a long time. Stores are within walking distance which made eating in super convenient.

Amazing sunrises and location

The location of this property was amazing. It made our trip great. We were close to a lot of food choices. Rob provided all the things you need while on vacation! Nice beds, clean place, beautiful kitchen and everything you need. Very great host!

Beachfront!!!!!!!

This house had everything we needed, including a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. It was amazing to walk out onto the beach in the mornings while the others still slept. And the bike path runs right in front of the property, so I took in the sunrise views while getting my steps in. AMAZING property!!!!!!!

Beautiful House in a Beautiful Location

The house was just as described and definitely did not disappoint. We greatly enjoyed the beach right outside our front door! It was amazing for snorkling. The communication with the host was very clear and helpful when needed. We would gladly come back and recommend!!!!

It was just what we needed for the 8 of us. Loved having the ocean right beyond the backyard. Great backyard with chairs and tables to sit and relax in. The house was clean, beds were comfy, and we loved having a washer and dryer.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time on Kauai and this home was just perfect! We had amazing ocean frontage. The house was absolutely adorable and well kept. I love the central location in Kapaa to access all areas of the island. Rob was very prompt in his response to my questions and was very helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful property and the island of Kauai.

Stunningly beautiful home in paradise

Great location of a truly spectacular home. The view from the property is almost too stunning to be real. Everything you need is in the house and the owners were very responsive to our inquiries. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and she couldn’t have been happier. Very hard to leave this house and this island.

Perfect location!

This was an amazing property. It was close to everything! Shops, food, Secret Waterfalls, tubing and easy to get to the south area. The rooms were cozy and the kitchen had anything you needed. We woke every morning to the sunset and played in the ocean (they had all the items we needed) Communication with property was great! It was a 10 out of 10!

Awesome home and location!!

This house is perfectly located midway up the East side making trips up to Wiamai Canyon or down to Poi’pu Beach very easy and quick. The house is wonderfully furnished and stocked with all necessities. Beds are very comfortable and the split zone AC’s kept everyone very comfortable. Another great thing was that for 6 warm shower loving people, no one ever ran out of hot water!! Owner Rob was very prompt and thorough in all of our communications!! I will stay here again one day. A great home and location!!

New Year healing trip for family

Property manager emailed before our trip. Given our evening arrival, he advised us to get dinner in Lihue as most restaurants would be closed in Kapa'a. The location was very convenient for walking to shopping, restaurants, bike rental, and beautiful walks along the Kapa'a beach. House keeping was very responsive. Clean, appliances were in good working order, We would consider again!

Oceanfront Bliss

Great stay in Kapa'a in Kauai! Plenty of room for all 7 of us enjoying a family vacation. We could step out the back door to the beach and hear the waves all night. Lots of masks, snorkels, fins, and other water toys to borrow. The beach is rocky but we enjoyed the water and walking to nearby beaches. Location was close to the airport and easy drive to north and south island destinations. Shopping for anything we needed was close enough to walk to from our quiet street. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking for our crew; coffee pots, slow cooker, microwave, gas oven and stove, we used them all! The owner was quick to respond with any requests and made sure we were taken care of. Thanks for a great vacation!

10/10 THE Kauai Destination

The property is right on the ocean! The property is as decribed in the listing. Kaapa is central to the north and south parts of thr island so is quite convenient. Costco 15-20 min drive. Safeway is walking distance. Loved the hikes, kayaking, boating, and snorkeling! Rob was exceptionally responsive to all questions and needs. We have stayed in several VRBOs and he has been the best host we have had. If you want to come to Kauai, this is an excellent choice! And if you need A/C there is not other place!

Private Beachfront House

We enjoyed our stay at this private beachfront house. The house is fully equipped with all the necessities. Drinking morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean was a great way to start the day. A sandy beach and ocean is just a few steps from the backyard deck. We enjoyed riding bikes and walking along the trail that runs in front of the house and along the ocean. We enjoyed walking to town for shopping and sampling food from the food trucks -all delicious. The host was quick to respond to the few questions we had. We would definitely return to this ocean retreat!

The beach house was just as advertised in the listing. It was perfect size for the eight of us to be quite comfortable for our entire stay. I loved the house as a central location for all our excursions. Everything was close by. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai for a fun vacation.
