“The property was amazing but the breakfast was always cold. I booked a queen bed but when I arrived they said the room was two full sized beds. I was traveling with my girlfriend and it was embarrassing to have to tell them we were a couple and needed one bed. Me and my girlfriend our discreet about our relationship so needed to explain we as two women need a single bed was so embarrassing. After that situation I was uncomfortable the whole time at the hotel when around the staff. The hotel……

“Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. ”

“The room was on the small side but clean and comfortable. Children playing in the hall was very disturbing since there is nothing to absorb the echoing sounds in the hallway. I think it's a fairly new property and may still be dealing with growing pains. It's a small property but that's ok. It's right on a pretty beach with clean water. That's also a plus. The big problem is how isolated it is. There are other small hotels nearby but nothing in the way of things to do or other places to……

“There was a smell in the room that smelled like. A. Open swege pipe thats not been plugged. B. Fish 3 days old. They can not fix it. It stayed with us for 3 days during our stay. Its obvious they tried to mask it on 1 day with air freshners. I recommend avoiding if you can.”
