“Stayed 2 days at dreamworld Resort.
Biggest disappointment was Breakfast, as it was limited. Not properly cleaned dishes and utensils.
Too salty 1st day, no water (purchase able) , only Lassi (watered down) and English tea/ coffee, no roti/ paratha, only bread and poori (پوری)
Maintenance room service horrible (45 mins and 3 calls to get 2nd set of towels) . Day 2, call service was down for 20 hours. (2 rounds to reception, and a call to get iron delivered)
Checkin is 3 pm. And takes……

“First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by the front desk, restaurant, and guest service teams. They are consistently polite, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to assist guests.
However, the facilities could benefit from some attention and updates particularly the bathroom odor and the inconsistent hot water flow in the shower.”
