"Fraud, liars and charters...that's the best i could say about this hotel. My booking was for Hotel Regent Intercontinental but upon arrival they put me to Hotel regent continental which is a run down hotel for the same hotel chain. The room was not cleaned, it had the garbage in the draws and with heavy smoke odor and they claim it's all non-smoking room. I called the house keeping to clean the room and spray the air freshener. My booking was for a king bed but was given 2 single bed join...

"The hotel had no information about my reservation and sent me away to another inferior hotel nearby. I came back the next day to see a manager and a helpful staff member sorted it out. In general. helpful staff. Poor on menu items shown to be offered to the american visitors. For example, they had no jam to go on the bread toast for breakfast. The waiter was disrespectful. Instead of placing tomato soup properly on my table, almost threw on my table, that also not in front of me but far away...
