“Cleanliness of the room was spot on, comfortable bed. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Receptionist was very helpful, all staff in bar/restaurant always with a smile and helped to our needs. Cleaners was lovely and say good morning with a smile. This hotel made my mother and myself very comfortable throughout our 2 nights stay. Car park is a little pricey but it's very secure.”Sally

“Very convenient for Pleasure Beach (5mins walk)
Friendly host
Room sufficient for 1 person but very tight bathroom as shower and toilet in same room were v close to each other with a sink outside in the room.
A little awkward for men needing a shave.
Good amount of toiletries, towels and coat hangers
Kettle and coffee/tea provided
Breakfast if wanted served at 9am.”Lee

“Fraser was excellent from the moment arrived the property is clean and tidy, it was well located and has just been taken over recently. You can see the effort that's being put in by the whole team. We did manage to grab a pizza on the 2nd night and it was the tastiest I've had in a long time well worth the little wait we had. Despite England playing on the evening and the pub being full the noise was really not to bad in our room. Our room was spacious, tidy, clean and had everything we could……Amy

“I just felt at home... not much more to say. Im really bad with names but the landlady was so lovely, welcoming, helpful and informative. Fair enough, the place has a few smalls quirks, but its completely forgivable... homely, nostalgic and peaceful, I personally had a perfect stay.”Andrew

“I arrived very early but communicated with staff at the hotel and was able to access the room before check in time to drop bags and refresh after a drive. I was very grateful for that! Location is very central. Room was basic but had everything I required for one night. I'd stay here again. Very good value.”Stuart
