"The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and the front desk staff super helpful. They had a breakfast buffet but we never used it. Close to the train station to Madrid but not much else around. Only bad thing was the internet was very spotty and you could only run 2 devices - if you asked they gave you a code so you could hook up more. "

"It was very nice but we never had any hot water so cold showers a lot. Also we asked to get out sheets cleaned or new towels and it never happened which was very frustrating. Although the apartment is very clean and has all the things you need!"

"Positives include good beds, and had a room safe. Negatives include: very tiny room, all night street noises (room not sound proofed when other guests are noisy), very tiny bathroom, tiny soap, no shampoo, slippery tub hard to get into and out of, no coffee in lobby, (many decent cafes nearby), wifi ONLY in lobby, only one slow noisy elevator, and curtain did not block light. "
