“This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. “The staff is wonderful and incredibly accommodating. The owner really went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. The rooms are clean. The only drawback is that the building, furniture, and decor are dated. The beds are a bit uncomfortable, but are sleepable. In general, this hotel is a great option. It's close to the train and metro stations. Plenty of shopping and good restaurants nearby, and the Lusik Aguletsi Museum is a short walk away.”

“The worse hotel I've ever tried. Inconvenient location far from the centre, you need a taxi. Lots of renovation with annoying banging every day. If you want a peace - do not use this hotel: swimming pool downstairs uses the music from morning until 8pm. It is a nightmare. Being on the 4th floor you can't even talk inside room due to the club music. I have asked to make it not too loud but got very negative aggressive response. Headaches guaranteed BED BUGS in the rooms. Please be careful.……
