"房間大小很大，三個人還是感受寬敞，溫泉很棒，戶外區加上下雪，能讓人多泡上一陣子，非常推薦！ 沒有預先訂懷石晚餐，當天入住下午約16點，時詢問能不能訂晚餐遭拒絕讓我有點困惑，不過也可能是我對日本旅館的規定不熟悉導致… 整體而言我覺得要再來函館我還是會放到優先選擇的名單！"

"Services - 1 star hotel Room - 3 star hotel Private onsen - 3 star hotel Price - 5 star hotel We paid usd $600 (no meals, no breakfast) for 1 night in October. Got a suite. Avoid. Rude staffs. One of the worst front desk ever in Japan. Room looks dated. Hot air bath. The bathtub is full of sulphur stains. The tap is surrounded with sulphur deposits which looks like it has not been properly cleaned for years. The windows in hot air bath room cannot be opened. But do not have blinds or curtains. The residents in the next building can easily see us naked. The location is not that great. No view. Our hot air bath room faces another residential building. There is no way customer can consider this to be 4.5 stars. "

"房間床很舒適，但浴室偏舊又小。早餐選擇很少。櫃檯很冷漠，對外國人不友善，我們貴重東西遺失在洞爺湖飯店，想請櫃檯幫忙打電話詢問是否有尋獲，但櫃檯直接說‘NO!，若是要打電話，你可以去函館車站有公共電話亭！’不幫忙用日語幫忙詢問，也不借市內電話急用。以後不會再入住"
