“The location is bit far from the tram station, around 10 mins walking time from the Yunokawa station to the hotel. Share washroom and hot spring. The hot spring is good. “the hotel is a bit old, but in good condition. the room where i stayed was excellent. the open onsen was fantastic. the garden was nice. staff dont speak English but they were very helpful and nice. all of them incl8their chef came outside to say goodbye to us when we were leaving. we will come back in future. ”

"Services - 1 star hotel Room - 3 star hotel Private onsen - 3 star hotel Price - 5 star hotel We paid usd $600 (no meals, no breakfast) for 1 night in October. Got a suite. Avoid. Rude staffs. One of the worst front desk ever in Japan. Room looks dated. Hot air bath. The bathtub is full of sulphur stains. The tap is surrounded with sulphur deposits which looks like it has not been properly cleaned for years. The windows in hot air bath room cannot be opened. But do not have blinds or curtains. The residents in the next building can easily see us naked. The location is not that great. No view. Our hot air bath room faces another residential building. There is no way customer can consider this to be 4.5 stars. "
