The O by Tamara is a beautiful property very close to the Lulu Mall. The entrance was beautiful and front desk very helpful. The rooms are immaculate and the bathroom facilities are very good. No bathtub but the shower was very nice. Food is excellent and I have to make special mention of Robin TS the F&B Manager who went out of his way to ensure that I have meal reservations each day to accommodate my busy meeting schedules. On may 26th, we wete supposed to ck in at 3pm, but after a simple request, they accomodated us at 9am with a charge ofcourse. That was awesome. The staff at the front desk, Mr. Nizam ( operations manager ), the restaurant staff, Ajit & Manish went above & beyond their duties to make sure we are doing good & comfy. 1. We had to spend a few hours before going to the airport and this was a perfect spot. 2. Driving-in is a little misleading as you hit a dead end on the ocean and a narrow left takes you to wide parking lot. Perfect location. 3. The land lady and staff are very nice. Room is very functional. Ocean view terrace is very useful specially when friends visit. 4. Complementary 24 hr drop to either airport is too good. Must stay.
