Property was nice and clean. Hotel was very busy due to a convention. Pool/ water park was a very nice amenity; however, it was so crowded it could barely be used. There was no oversight by the “lifeguards” and there were a couple times that where it was unsafe.

Our room had a loud wind tunnel noise the whole time due to air flow in the hallway which made it hard to sleep. Also could hear everyone talking and walking in hallway.
We paid for breakfast included which has meant a breakfast buffet in the past but this time we were given a bagged breakfast due to staff shortage which was disappointing and not disclosed on the website when we purchased the room.
The hotel is well maintained; everything was clean, shiny and new in the room. We loved the mini fridge, Keurig and microwave in the room. The automatic blinds were blocking the light really well too! The highlight of our visit was the water park that has a nice large hot tub too. We'll definitely come back!

Not the usual Holiday Inn brand quality. No elevators.
Water slides were so fun for the whole family. Good grab and go breakfast. Staff extremely kind and went out of their way help in any way. Clean and comfortable!
Our window looked out into an enclosed alley, so it was pretty much useless and the room felt cave-like. Breakfast was a plastic bag filled with processed food. There were no tables to eat at and with only 1 chair in our room, most of us had to stand and eat. We booked here for the "water park", but the slides were only suitable for one of our kids and there was no good place for free swimming. Staff was friendly, but that didn't make up for the disappointing experience.
Kids loved the water slides! Rooms were clean and updated.
Bathroom a bit small with the door being in the way, but sink and tub were very nice. Would have liked to choose healthy breakfast food from a buffet, rather than being given a pre packed bag.
Overall would recommend.
