When asked if I could have a chair, lamp or table I was switched to a different room. The bed was a King mattress on a double bed frame. Finally no elevator, I have an injured shoulder and trying to get my bag upstairs was very difficult for me. Yes I asked to be put on the ground floor but it was indicated to me there were none clean or availble. Finally found a housekeeper vacuuming and they went and got someone. Finally got to our room and the floor had not been swept/cleaned. The coffee maker still had the coffee pod from the previous guest. The makeup remover package was completely dry when I opened it. The hotel and room smelled bad of cooking spices, bad enough it made my eyes burn.
