“I was charged an extra $20 for my 2 grandbabies. I booked a double room. I'll be looking for another hotel from now on. There were other things that happened, but It's in another recent review.”

“The front desk was very helpful, however small issue the rooms looked clean but there a not so good smell in the room ! I tried my own Lysol but the smell was still there”

“The hotel is decent, but not for the amount of money that they charged. The pool was broken so I couldn’t use it. There is a smell throughout the entire hotel that isn’t pleasant. Most definitely in need of renovation. Breakfast was decent, but very typical”

“For the price is the room ($175-200), I expected a much more updated, maintained building. The tile was coming off the bathroom floor, there was mold on the bathroom sink. The elevator literally jolted every time the door opened/closed and when it was going down. On a positive note, very friendly staff, great parking and a wonderful hot breakfast.”

“The shower had no water pressure. Asked to have room cleaned and it wasn’t on the first day there. Towels that we were given one was dirty with something brownish looking and another had a pubic hair on it. If I’m paying to stay in a hotel, with the prices the way they are, I believe that the room should be cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. Nice hotel, but needs to be maintained better. Little run down.”

“The staff was kind and it is a convenient location to the university. The beds were older and very uncomfortable. The bathroom was not very clean and people were talking loudly all night in the hallway.”
